PROPERTY OWNERS - To access your own personalized website for your properties push the "sign in here" link under        Management Sign In       on the right side of this page. You will be prompted for your email address and password.

Once logged in this online access will allow you, as a property owner, to see real time financials for all of your properties 24 / 7. It will allow you to view your Rental Owner Ledger and all of the applicable contracts and documents pertaining to your properties. In addition you will be able to choose to either view or print any of 14 different Financial Reports, 8 different Rental Reports, and 3 different Task Reports.

CURRENT TENANTS - To access the website for the property you are currently renting enter your email and password under        Resident Sign In       on the right side of this page. 

Once logged in this online access will allow you, as a current tenant to make online rental payments (either one time or reoccurning), submit maintenance requests for your property, and view your payment history. In addition a customized directory will display important phone phone numbers, web links and maps tailored to your address. You may also see the copies of any documents you have signed as well as access the photos taken just prior to your property occupancy.
